Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities
- • Providing accurate and complete shipment information
- • Ensuring correctness of shipping and customs documents
- • Properly and safely packaging goods
- • Compliance with local and international laws and regulations
- • Payment within specified timeframes
- • Reporting any issues or concerns immediately upon discovery
TOPORYX Responsibilities
- • Providing high-quality logistics services
- • Maintaining confidentiality of client information
- • Handling goods with reasonable care
- • Providing regular updates on shipment status
- • Compliance with international logistics standards
- • Providing technical and advisory support
Payment and Billing
- • Prices are determined by service type, destination, and weight
- • Payment required before or upon delivery as agreed
- • Accepted currencies: US Dollar and Yemeni Rial
- • Additional fees may apply for special or urgent services
- • Late payment interest of 2% monthly on overdue payments
- • Right to hold goods in case of non-payment
Liability and Insurance
Liability Limitations:
- • Our liability is limited to declared or insured shipment value
- • No liability for delays except in cases of gross negligence
- • Exclusion of liability for indirect or consequential damages
- • Additional insurance available upon client request
Cancellation and Refunds
- • Free cancellation 24 hours before pickup time
- • 25% cancellation fee after shipment processing begins
- • 50% cancellation fee after goods pickup
- • No cancellation possible for shipments in transit
- • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos on our website are exclusive property of TOPORYX or licensed to us. Use without prior written permission is prohibited.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services in case of:
- • Violation of these terms and conditions
- • Non-payment or repeated payment delays
- • Providing false or misleading information
- • Using our services for illegal purposes
- • Threatening the safety of our staff or operations
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Yemeni laws and international transportation and shipping agreements. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or competent courts in Aden, Yemen.
